Biswa G Singh is a co-founder at ZeonAI Labs, an applied AI research firm that focuses on solving real-world business problems using advanced NLP and machine learning techniques. With over 13 years of relevant experience, he is building AI-based search products to extract knowledge from unstructured documents. His minimal training AI system works great on contracts, support documents, and other digital contents, making business processes simple and intuitive. Biswa has a sound understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to model text, tabular, audio, and image data. He has participated in Kaggle challenges, mostly in deep learning problems on images and text. Biswa is a Kaggle competition expert and was the 2nd winner of a click prediction challenge in Analytics Vidya. Prior to co-founding ZeonAI Labs, Biswa was a Principal Data Scientist at Capillary, where he led an AI and Data Sciences team for delivering recommendation engine-based products for retail clients. The team built various predictive and recommendation models to improve engagement ROI in loyalty. Biswa also led an audio/speech group that developed a deep learning-based audio product for in-store retail analytics, which won the first runner-up award in AWS ISV Innovation Cup 2021. He architected an MLOps framework to scale the availability of accurate models to various customers with different types of data. Biswa is also an Administrator and Co-founder of the India Deep Learning Initiative, which promotes knowledge and use of deep learning in India to solve real problems. He holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and a BE in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from NIST. His tech stack includes AI, ML, search, deep learning, NLP, AWS, research scientist, and data scientist.
